Restricted Countries Policy Solwayt

This Restricted Countries Policy defines limitations on access to certain features of the Solwayt service based on geographic location, residency, or applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service.

1. General Restrictions

Solwayt complies with applicable laws, sanctions, regulations, and internal security policies.

As a result, Solwayt restricts certain services for users located in or associated with specific countries or regions (“Restricted Countries”).

2. Access to the Service

Users from Restricted Countries may be granted limited access to certain non-paid features of the service at Solwayt’s sole discretion.

Such access:

  • is provided on an “as available” basis;
  • does not create any obligation to maintain or continue access;
  • may be limited, modified, or revoked at any time.

Solwayt does not guarantee availability of any features to users from Restricted Countries.

3. Paid Services

Users from Restricted Countries are strictly prohibited from purchasing or using paid services, including but not limited to:

  • subscriptions;
  • credits;
  • any other paid features or upgrades.

Any attempt to access paid services from Restricted Countries is not permitted.

4. Determination of Location

Solwayt may determine a user’s location using any combination of available signals, including:

  • IP address and network information;
  • payment method and issuing bank location;
  • account information and declared region;
  • technical and security indicators.

Use of VPNs, proxies, or similar technologies does not guarantee access and may result in restrictions.

In case of conflicting data, Solwayt reserves the right to determine the applicable restrictions at its sole discretion.

5. Prohibited Circumvention

Any attempt to bypass or circumvent geographic or payment restrictions is considered a violation of this Policy and the Terms of Service.

6. Consequences of Violation

If a user violates this Policy, Solwayt may, at its discretion:

  • restrict or terminate access to the service;
  • block subscriptions, credits, or payment attempts;
  • suspend or permanently disable the user account.

Payments made in violation of this Policy are not eligible for refunds, in accordance with the Refund Policy.

7. List of Restricted Countries

At a minimum, Restricted Countries include:

  • the Russian Federation;
  • the Republic of Belarus.

Solwayt reserves the right to update the list of Restricted Countries at any time based on legal, regulatory, security, or business considerations.

Updates take effect upon publication and do not require individual user notification.

8. Relationship to Other Policies

This Policy should be read together with the Terms of Service, Payment Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

In case of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
