This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for payments made to Solwayt.
This Policy applies to all users of the Service and forms an integral part of the Terms of Service.
By using Solwayt, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Nature of the Service
Solwayt provides a digital service delivered through online access to the platform, including subscription-based features and usage-based credits.
The Service is considered provided immediately after payment, when access, features, or credits become available to the user.
No physical goods are sold and no physical delivery is performed.
2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Users may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of payment only if one of the following conditions is met:
- the Service was not used at all; or
- the Service could not be used due to a verified technical failure on the Solwayt side; or
- usage was minimal and objectively did not result in the consumption of Service value.
Refunds are not automatic and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Solwayt is unable to offer unconditional refunds after prolonged or active use of the Service, as server resources and processing costs are incurred immediately.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- credits have been used or consumed;
- a subscription period has been partially used;
- Pro or paid features were actively used;
- refunds are requested after the 14-day period, except for verified technical errors;
- the request is based solely on dissatisfaction with analysis results, trends, or expectations.
Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the provided functionality and pricing.
4. Technical Errors
If credits were deducted or a payment was processed without the Service being delivered due to a technical fault attributable to Solwayt, the user is entitled to:
- a 100% refund of the incorrectly deducted credits, or
- equivalent restoration of Service value.
No additional compensation is provided beyond the affected credits or access.
5. Account Suspension and Terms Violations
If an account is suspended or restricted for violating the Terms of Service:
- refunds are generally not granted;
- partial refunds may be considered only if both of the following conditions are not met:
- more than 50% of the subscription period has elapsed; and
- more than 50% of the allocated credits have been used.
Each case is reviewed individually.
6. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted exclusively via email to:

- the email address associated with the Solwayt account;
- the date of payment;
- the reason for the refund request;
- any supporting evidence, if applicable.
By submitting a refund request, the user explicitly authorizes Solwayt to review account activity, usage history, and related technical logs for verification purposes.
7. Review Process
Refund requests are reviewed individually and may involve internal investigation.
Solwayt aims to process refund requests within up to 7 business days, and often sooner.
Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
8. Refund Method
Refunds are processed only to the original payment method used for the transaction via the payment provider dashboard.
If a refund cannot be completed due to technical limitations, Solwayt may, at its discretion:
- restore credits;
- extend or transfer a subscription to another account owned by the same user.
Refunds to third-party accounts or alternative payment destinations are not permitted.
9. Currency and Fees
Refunds are issued in the original payment currency.
Solwayt does not compensate:
- exchange rate differences;
- bank fees;
- payment system commissions.
Any discrepancies caused by banks or payment providers are outside Solwayt’s control.
10. Abuse Prevention
In cases of suspected abuse of the refund system or chargeback attempts, Solwayt reserves the right to:
- request additional identity verification or proof of payment ownership;
- temporarily suspend the account during investigation;
- deny the refund if requested documentation is not provided within 3 calendar days.
Abuse of refund policies may result in permanent account restrictions.
11. Final Decision
Refund decisions made by Solwayt after review are considered final, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
