Payment Policy Solwayt
This Payment Policy governs all payments, subscriptions, and billing-related matters for the Solwayt service and forms an integral part of the Terms of Service.
By making a payment or using paid features of Solwayt, you agree to this Payment Policy.
1. Scope and Relationship to Other Policies
This Payment Policy applies to all payments made for access to the Solwayt service.
Refunds, cancellations, and reversals are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy.
This Payment Policy does not define refund eligibility or conditions.
2. Nature of the Service
Solwayt provides a digital service delivered through online access to a software platform.
Access to features, subscriptions, and credits is granted electronically.
No physical goods are sold and no physical delivery is performed.
The service is considered provided once access, functionality, or credits become available.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
Solwayt accepts payments using the following methods, subject to availability:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- other payment methods made available by the payment provider
Solwayt does not guarantee support for any specific card network beyond those explicitly listed.
4. Currency and Price Display
4.1 Base Currency
The base billing currency of Solwayt is United States Dollar (USD).
All charges are calculated in USD unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Local Currency Display (Informational)
Prices may be displayed in local currencies for informational purposes only.
For users located in Ukraine, prices may be shown in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) based on the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine.
The actual charged amount and currency are determined by the payment provider and the user’s bank.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
5.1 Subscription Plans
Solwayt offers subscription-based access, including:
- monthly subscription plans
- annual subscription plans, which may be introduced in the future
The availability and features of each plan are described on the Solwayt website.
5.2 Recurring Payments
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in advance.
By purchasing a subscription, the user authorizes Solwayt to charge the selected payment method on a recurring basis.
5.3 User Consent
Explicit user consent is required before any recurring payment is initiated.
Consent is obtained through:
- confirmation on the Solwayt checkout page; and
- where applicable, additional confirmation provided by the payment provider.
Completing the payment constitutes explicit consent to recurring charges.
5.4 Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
Cancellation:
- prevents future charges;
- does not affect access already granted for the current paid period.
No support request is required to cancel a subscription.
6. Payment Confirmations and Notifications
After a successful payment, Solwayt provides a payment confirmation or receipt.
Advance notifications before recurring charges may be provided but are not guaranteed in all cases.
For trial, promotional, or discounted subscriptions, advance notifications may not be sent.
7. Failed or Incomplete Payments
Payments may fail or be declined due to reasons outside Solwayt’s control, including actions by banks or payment providers.
In the event of a failed payment:
- access to paid features may be limited or suspended;
- Solwayt is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by payment failures.
8. Refunds
All refunds are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy.
Nothing in this Payment Policy grants a right to a refund beyond what is expressly stated in the Refund Policy.
9. Taxes and Fees
Prices displayed by Solwayt may not include applicable taxes, duties, or government charges.
Users are responsible for any taxes required by their local jurisdiction.
Bank fees, payment system commissions, and exchange rate differences are outside Solwayt’s control.
10. Restricted Countries
Solwayt does not sell services or provide access to users located in certain countries or regions.

11. Changes to This Policy
Solwayt reserves the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time.
Changes take effect upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
